Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates classes are dynamic, full body workouts designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Using state of the art reformer beds, each session blends resistance and control for a workout that’s both challenging and supportive, tailored to every body and every level.

Private Sessions

Our one on one private sessions are tailored just for you. With personalised programming and focused attention from your instructor, you’ll refine technique, build strength, and progress at your own pace. Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on strength, stability, and control using just your body weight and the occasional prop for variety). With an emphasis on core connection and mindful movement, these sessions are the perfect complement to Reformer work helping you build balance, flexibility, and a strong foundation you can take into everyday life.
